Key Responsibilities:
  • Banking and Treasury: Develop and maintain banking relationships with leading global banks, manage financing and capital raising, and oversee debt capital markets and treasury management.
  • Financial Risk Management: Manage forex risks, interest rate risks, and credit risks, and ensure counterparty risk measures are in place.
  • Credit Ratings: Liaise with credit rating agencies and ensure annual credit ratings are maintained.
  • Capital Budgeting: Analyze investment opportunities, evaluate return on investment, and make critical investment decisions.
  • M&A Financing and Structuring: Evaluate M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent, along with an MBA or CFA.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana environment, BI Tools, and/or SQL.
  • Proven experience in scaling companies, driving change, and supporting growing teams.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
