Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Member Relations Specialist to join our team at KidStrong Everett. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, supporting our Program Directors and Coaches in center operations, and helping to drive overall center performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to our Program Directors and Coaches in center operations, including interacting with families, addressing member needs, and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.
  • Assist with scheduling needs, program questions, and new member trial class follow-up.
  • Create positive interactions with students and families before, during, and after class.
  • Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor.
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers.
  • Complete trainings through LearnUpon as required by the Program Director and/or HQ Training and Certification team.
  • Attend additional mandatory staff meetings as required by the Program Director.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding various topics.
  • Previous experience in management is a plus, but not required.
  • CPR certified.
  • Self-starter who can get the job done.
