About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Housing and Client Service Specialist to join our team at the Housing Authority of Snohomish County. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and incoming paperwork. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about our Housing Choice Voucher program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent, quality customer service to visitors, callers, and clients
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address Housing Choice Voucher-specific questions
  • Assist with incoming paperwork and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain collaborative and respectful working relationships with team members and others
  • Maintain a client caseload, requiring thoroughness, accuracy, and responsible decision making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and related software.
