Core Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming service inquiries, which make up about 80% of daily responsibilities.
- Fielding between 50 to 100 calls each day, assisting customers with scheduling services and addressing inquiries.
- Conducting outbound communications with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and text.
- Providing timely updates to clients regarding service appointments and the status of their vehicles.
- Responding to common customer inquiries related to maintenance, pricing, operating hours, and roadside assistance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficiency in using various computer applications and software is essential.
