As the initial contact for our esteemed clientele, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service experiences. Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming service inquiries, which make up about 80% of daily responsibilities.
  • Fielding between 50 to 100 calls each day, assisting customers with scheduling services and addressing inquiries.
  • Conducting outbound communications with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Providing timely updates to clients regarding service appointments and the status of their vehicles.
  • Responding to common customer inquiries related to maintenance, pricing, operating hours, and roadside assistance.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using various computer applications and software is essential.
  • Experience in the automotive field is advantageous but not a requirement.
