Customer Care Specialist Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist at Edina Realty Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and quality customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Convert customer inquiries into leads for sales offices and other company affiliates.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and direct leads to appropriate parties.
  • Assist agents with MLS listings and sales records, and provide support for Edina Realty listings.
Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Two to four years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or real estate industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn new computer database platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
