Job Summary:

Moffat Workforce is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate warranty and repair records.
  • Analyze customer situations and determine the best course of action.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to resolve customer problems.
  • Provide follow-up service to customers via phone or email.
  • Handle returns and return authorization logs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service representatives, and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate customer concern by responding quickly and accurately to problems.
  • Some company travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-to-4-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or three years of electrical service department experience.
  • Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
