Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:
Moffat Workforce is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate warranty and repair records.
- Analyze customer situations and determine the best course of action.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to resolve customer problems.
- Provide follow-up service to customers via phone or email.
- Handle returns and return authorization logs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, service representatives, and sales teams.
- Demonstrate customer concern by responding quickly and accurately to problems.
- Some company travel may be required.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-to-4-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or three years of electrical service department experience.
- Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment.
