Head of Partnerships and Strategic Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Partnerships to join our Sales & Marketing team at Anatta Design Inc. This key role will drive growth and expand our agency's reach through strategic partnerships within the Shopify+ ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify+ platform, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to align partnerships with our agency's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the agency's goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners in the Shopify+ ecosystem
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to drive mutual value
- Source and nurture partner-originated leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Create and implement partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and support
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, continuously optimizing for growth
- Collaborate with marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives and joint value propositions
- Assist the sales team during discovery calls
- Support sales operations by contributing to project estimation and proposal creation
- Coordinate subject matter expert (SME) support for complex sales opportunities
- Participate in outbound business development activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and partner meetups
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, or similar roles within the eCommerce or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnerships
- Understanding of the Shopify+ ecosystem and enterprise eCommerce landscape
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales support and business development processes
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Travel required approximately 10%
