Overview

4 Corner Resources is a leading healthcare organization in the state of Florida seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. This 100% onsite position requires travel to various locations, with the main site located in Rockledge, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair facility and division IT equipment and software, including terminals, computers, printers, cabling, and related software products.
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries and requests for assistance with division or facility computer systems.
  • Provide superior customer support.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 months experience in a technical support role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be proficient in Microsoft core products, such as Windows 7 & 10, Active Directory, Outlook, O365, SharePoint, etc. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of networking concepts and equipment connectivity to services.

Requirements:

  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • A+ certification preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Clean driving record necessary.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is $17 per hour, based on experience and formal education.
