As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training products and related materials for customer training. You will also create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

In addition to your educational background, you should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractors. Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create effective training presentations, graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, SnagIt, and Microsoft Word to create effective technical documentation is preferred.
