About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for computers, networks, IT infrastructure, and phone systems, resolving issues promptly.
    • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, SaaS, hardware, printers, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and VoIP phones.
    • Participate in projects related to servers, networks, and applications, ensuring optimal functionality.
    • Assist both on-site and remote users with technical issues.
    • Author and maintain IT procedural documentation.
    • Purchase and track IT equipment assignments.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to support a variety of workstation configurations and mobile devices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
