They will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement a strategic plan for the branch, consistent with the company's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to set expectations and establish standards of performance for all employees within the branch. They will also be responsible for guiding branch employees in their daily routine to ensure maximum performance and effectiveness.

The Branch Director will be responsible for achieving financial performance metrics and customer satisfaction objectives for the branch. They will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, training, and motivating employees to achieve business objectives.
