Nursing Clinical Skills Developer

The Nursing Clinical Skills Development Program at Powers Health is designed to support nursing students in developing their clinical skills. As an RN Fellow, you will work in an atmosphere of acceptance and support to learn the art and science of nursing within the framework of our organization's philosophy, goals, and standards of care.
Responsibilities:- Assist nursing students in developing clinical skills under the direct supervision of a team leader
- Provide a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Current enrollment in an accredited School of Nursing in good standing
- Successful completion of at least one semester of clinical experience, including basic nursing fundamentals in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
