Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Technician to join our team at Powers Health. As a Clinical Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care services and supporting our medical and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient care services, including phlebotomy, 12 Lead EKGs, and vital signs, under the supervision of a manager or nurse.
  • Assist medical and nursing staff with patient visits and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective departmental patient flow.
  • Provide clinical support activities, maintain records, and perform inventory and charting related to patient care activities.
  • Serve as a monitor tech and perform phlebotomy, non-invasive cardiology, and respiratory procedures, as well as other clinical activities.
  • Assist with the personal needs, comfort, and safety of patients in accordance with hospital policy and nursing service standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and spell.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Medical Assistant, EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-P, Medical Lab Assistant, LPN, Phlebotomist, EKG technician.
  • Must maintain and provide documentation of renewal of license, registration, or certification.
  • Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and computer.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Monitor training preferred.
