Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with families and youth to implement the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, a evidence-based approach that has proven to be effective in addressing problematic behaviors and promoting positive change.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires community-based visits and remote work days from home. You will work closely with a small caseload of families, providing clinical treatment and support to help them address their challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical treatment to families using the MST treatment model and principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families, gathering information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology.
  • Work comfortably with a diverse community of clients and learn how to effectively connect with families in the communities served by the team.
  • Engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
  • Professional clinical licensure is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client's homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once.
  • Must live within a 30 to 45 minute travel time from the designated service area.
