  • Journal Entries: Execute daily, monthly, and annual journal entries while conducting thorough analyses of account reconciliations to facilitate accurate closure of fiscal periods.
  • Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger and its subsidiary ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Support: Provide assistance to management within business units by fulfilling requests for financial data and insights.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliations for all assigned balance sheet accounts, ensuring that all balances are well-documented and supported.
  • Deadline Adherence: Consistently meet all processing and reporting deadlines to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality to protect privileged and proprietary information from unauthorized disclosure.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is essential.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare sector for 3-5 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting information systems is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory, principles, and practices to effectively apply company policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interaction across all organizational levels.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general accounting duties, account reconciliation, and full General Ledger responsibilities is preferred.
  • New graduates may be considered for this role.
