Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Universal Banking Specialist to join our team at First Community Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as federal and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous banking experience, business development, or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
