Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Glazer's Beer and Beverage, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for performing merchandising and display activities in retail accounts, ensuring maximum space allocation, and delivering product merchandise when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maximize retail account potential.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and merchandising managers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising displays, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhanced visual merchandising.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including inventory levels, sales data, and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform merchandising strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
