About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the complex needs of patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of empathy, compassion, and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nephrology, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience in nephrology, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and achieving excellent patient outcomes.
