Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement infection control processes to prevent the spread of infections
- Develop and facilitate clinical education programs for staff on infection control and prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
- Manage employee health records and prepare reports for Quality Improvement and Clinical Committees
- Master's degree in professional nursing or related field
- At least one year of experience in infection control and prevention
- Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) awarded by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
