About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current nursing licensure and certification in the state of employment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
