Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Fabiola Sears - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must have currently).
