Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying customer needs and marketing appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to listen and present to potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Experience in marketing and a Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must have currently).
