Job Summary
Rafael Parker - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Position. As a customer-focused expert, you will be responsible for marketing and selling life and health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Your sales experience and ability to understand and explain complex insurance products will enable you to continually grow your income and provide the needed security for times of distress and vulnerability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
  • Assist clients with claims and policy changes.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
  • State insurance license for life and health insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
  • Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency with insurance agency software.
