Job Description

The Senior Liquidity Manager will play a crucial role in building liquidity tools to assist in the design and execution of the liquidity adequacy process, including stress testing and resiliency planning. You will develop an intraday liquidity management framework, forecasting and managing daily cashflows. Conducting liquidity assessments of new business activities and leading Treasury's support function are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will provide support for Liquidity Management Framework and produce modelled analysis and reporting for senior management and strategic steering committees.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders around the bank to understand and communicate expected cashflows is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Assisting with liquidity assessments and crisis simulations, cataloging results, and maintaining management response and action plans are essential duties.
  • A successful candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills; be a proactive self-starter with a strong project management mindset; and have the ability to interact with senior leaders and across diverse business functions.
Requirements
  • A finance background with Treasury experience is required; an advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CFA, CPA, FRM) is beneficial.
  • 5+ years of relevant liquidity management experience, ideally with a top-tier bank, consulting firm, or regulator, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of liquidity management, including intraday liquidity management, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and funding planning, as well as knowledge of liquidity requirements under Reg YY, OCC bulletins, and Federal Reserve SR letters, is essential.
  • Data Science skills are a plus.
What We Offer

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $140,000 to $160,000. In addition to a competitive salary, you may be eligible for incentive compensation.
