About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Director of Liquidity to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury department, you will play a critical role in building liquidity tools to support our liquidity adequacy process. Your expertise will help design and execute stress testing and resiliency planning, develop an intraday liquidity management framework, and manage daily cashflows.

  • You will conduct thorough liquidity assessments of new business activities and lead our Treasury's support function.
  • Our ideal candidate will measure our bank's position against Basel III liquidity ratios and evolving reporting requirements, including Reg YY.
Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing support for our Liquidity Management Framework and producing modeled analysis and reporting for senior management and strategic steering committees.
  • Building an intraday liquidity risk management framework, collaborating with key stakeholders across the bank to understand and communicate expected cashflows.
  • Assisting with liquidity assessments and crisis simulations, cataloging results, and maintaining management response and action plans.
  • Assisting with elements of our newly mandated Resolution Plan.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A finance background with Treasury experience; an advanced degree (MBA) or certification (CFA, CPA, FRM) is beneficial.
  • 5+ years of relevant liquidity management experience, ideally with a top-tier bank, consulting firm, or regulator.
  • Knowledge of liquidity management, including intraday liquidity management, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and funding planning; knowledge of liquidity requirements under Reg YY, OCC bulletins, and Federal Reserve SR letters.
  • Data Science skills are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 USD. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
