Job Description: The Executive Assistant will serve as a key member of our investment team, supporting the President, Director of Investments and Director of Asset Management in a variety of tasks. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate calendars and meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Manage credit card and account activities
  • Process travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Conduct special research projects and present findings
  • Perform light personal assistance duties
  • Review and process invoices for payment
  • Support construction and project management initiatives

Requirements:
  • 1-4+ years' experience in an administrative support role
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate and development may be advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation: $58-$68 per hour,
