Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Adhere to attendance standards in accordance with company policies, which may vary based on hotel needs.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag.
- Comply with company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Deliver turndown service to designated guest rooms and suites.
- Refresh and clean guest rooms as required.
- Restock the necessary supplies for guest rooms during each shift.
- Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
- Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
- Ensure that hallways, public areas, and storage closets are kept clean, organized, and vacuumed.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
- Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
- Follow all directives from the Housekeeping Manager and perform additional duties as required.
