Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks
  • Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and attractions
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties
  • Interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
