The House Attendant-Turn Down provides exceptional turndown service for guest rooms, ensuring a clean and refreshed environment for our valued guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

• Provide Turndown Service: Deliver exceptional turndown service to assigned guest rooms and suites, ensuring a clean and refreshed environment.
• Clean and Refresh Guest Rooms: Clean and refresh guest rooms as needed, paying attention to detail and ensuring a high level of quality.
• Restock Guest Rooms: Restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, ensuring that all necessary amenities are available.
• Complete Pre-Cleaning Duties: Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart and restocking supplies.
• Report Maintenance Repairs: Report any maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Must be able to work well in stressful high-pressure situations and be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
