We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative specializing in Personal Lines to become a vital part of our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing a portfolio of clients, and working closely with the sales department to meet shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming client communications
- Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Oversee quoting, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
- Establish and nurture trusting relationships through effective communication
- Deliver precise information and solutions to clients
- Address client complaints and ensure follow-up for resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage account processes
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in client service within personal lines insurance
- Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance License is mandatory
- Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
