Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce new business revenue with a focus on small to mid-size companies (Commercial).
  • Collaborate with team members to co-produce new business opportunities.
  • Engage in cold and warm outreach to identify new business prospects.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach focused market segments.
  • Manage and grow a book of business to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • P&C License (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days).
  • 2 years of experience in insurance sales or B2B sales.
