Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to an established book of business, managing a high volume of incoming calls, and identifying and assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and own the renewal process
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years client service experience working with personal lines insurance
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with agency management systems - Applied Epic preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
