As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring member satisfaction by:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to member phone calls and emails, addressing their needs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Building rapport with members, actively listening to their concerns, and providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Resolving inquiries related to account information, transactions, products, and services, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our credit union offerings.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines, safeguarding sensitive member information with utmost care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
