Automation Systems Specialist

Talent Bridge Group, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- System Design and Development: Design and develop control systems for our manufacturing processes, including system architecture, hardware selection, and software development.
- System Installation and Testing: Install and test control systems to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.
- System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems into our manufacturing processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in a food processing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix programming, and related automation systems; experience with HMI development tools (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Aveva InTouch); strong understanding of automation technologies, control system design, and troubleshooting.
