This position typically requires availability for evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM. Flexibility is essential as you will be the welcoming presence for our guests during these hours.

Your Responsibilities as a PM Reception Specialist:

In this role, you will serve as the face of our establishment during the evening hours. Your duties will include warmly greeting guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service during check-in and check-out. You will engage in meaningful conversations, provide recommendations for local dining and activities, manage phone inquiries, and assist with reservations. Additionally, you will conduct the night audit to verify the accuracy of all financial transactions. Your friendly attitude and commitment to hospitality will help create memorable experiences for our guests.
