Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the care and services delivered by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members responsible for guest care
  • Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions
  • Evaluate the health status of guests and inform physicians of any changes; promptly execute new medical orders
  • Formulate a care plan based on assessments and implement nursing care accordingly
  • Select and apply suitable nursing interventions to stabilize guests' conditions and prevent complications
  • Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and assist in developing care plans

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state and CPR certification required
