Conduct regular budget reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or by conducting standard RFP process, complete bid leveling, analysis, and negotiations with contractors, subs, and vendors. May make selection recommendations to the client.
  • Provide contract administration of project-related contracts management between the Owner and the various consultants and contractors required to execute projects. Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
