Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, overseeing project scope, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong initiative. Effective communication and collaboration with other team members are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Determine project resources, including equipment, manpower, and materials, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff members.
- Supervise project work and provide guidance to laborers.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Attend weekly direct report meetings with the Manager and Family Office Team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience in the entertainment industry or 5+ years of experience working with high net-worth individuals.
- California Real Estate Broker license is required.
- Experience with project management software, QuickBooks, and Excel is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
