Concrete Project Manager Job Description

A leading commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial concrete construction projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in construction, engineering, or business
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial concrete construction
  • Previous experience in a project management role, with a focus on concrete construction
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
