Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct routine and advanced analytical examinations on biological samples to furnish accurate data for healthcare providers, facilitating optimal diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and document test outcomes with precision.
  • Identify the need for corrective measures and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Operate within a dynamic laboratory setting, adhering to safety protocols while managing biological and chemical risks.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and quality assurance throughout laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Current certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) as a laboratory scientist (MLS) or as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from the American Medical Technologists (AMT).
  • Proficient reading, writing, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in operating standard laboratory equipment, including computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, and microscopes.
Preferred Experience:
  • A minimum of two years of laboratory experience in a clinical or commercial laboratory environment.
