Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Customer Inventories and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) by collaborating with clients to accurately predict usage, optimize safety stock levels, analyze trends, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Manage Order Fulfillment systems (Electronic Data Interface, Vendor Managed Inventory) to guarantee effective execution of customer order requirements.
- Facilitate Order Entry through daily proposals, ensuring the creation, validation, and optimization of customer orders.
- Address and resolve order-related challenges that may affect service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance information flow to improve sales forecasts through collaboration with internal teams, including Operations, Planning, Sales, Transportation, and Customer Service.
- Lead the development and maintenance of value-added technologies that enhance Customer Service and the customer experience.
- Enhance Customer Services Digital Capabilities and drive initiatives in Digitalization, Automation, and System Optimization.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Planning environment.
- Experience in at least two planning disciplines, such as Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, or Supplier Management.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and Supply Planning within the Manufacturing sector.
- Proven account management and relationship management skills.
- Experience in implementing supply chain systems and processes (CPFR, VMI, ERP).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- APICS certification is advantageous.
