Job Summary:

WSI is seeking a highly skilled Scanning Specialist to join our night shift team. This full-time hourly position will work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, providing critical support to our inventory management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) system to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Provide backup support for the Current Inventory Control Coordinator (CICC) position as needed.
  • Assist with Last Touch Operations (LTO) duties, including answering questions and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other assignments and projects as needed to support the team and ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
