Job Opportunity

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a skilled Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic Real Estate practice group. This position offers flexibility, with the option to work from any of our Pennsylvania offices or enjoy hybrid or remote opportunities based on experience. A strong background in planned community and condominium experience is essential.

Our real estate attorneys provide sophisticated legal advice to a diverse range of clients nationally and locally. Our expertise spans various sectors, including industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas). We deliver personalized service, combining the scale of a national law firm with the hometown feel you expect from your local legal team.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A J.D. with licensure in PA
  • At least 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience
  • A concentration in planned community and condominium experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and property acquisition, disposition, and development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
