Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team at The Craig Hartranft Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and generating qualified real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase lead conversion rates
  • Produce regular sales reports to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Qualify incoming leads and provide timely follow-up to ensure quick response times and meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database system
  • Report daily metrics of calls and connections made, as well as appointments set
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree desired
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
