Job Summary:

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lancaster/Akron Area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Support the turnover of apartments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed, contributing to the overall appearance of our properties.
  • Conduct light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair in apartments, demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in salt/snow removal duties, ensuring the safety of our residents and properties.
  • Rotate on-call duties in the Lancaster, Lititz, Akron, and Reading areas, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • May be eligible for an on-call bonus, recognizing your commitment to our team.

Requirements:

  • Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
  • High School Diploma/GED is the minimum educational requirement.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills are necessary for success in this position.
