- Open deposit accounts and ancillary banking products, and facilitate customer awareness and education of bank services.
- Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs.
- Process transactions and other account servicing requests.
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank, or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
- Valid driver's license, as frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. is required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Telephone sales experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services
