Position Overview:

In order to achieve our growth objectives within the US market, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. With a particular focus on Pharma, Bio-tech including cell and gene therapy, electronics, and the semiconductor industries, the Sales Representative will be responsible to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •       Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  •       Prepare and review project proposals and costings and estimation to suit customer needs.
  •       Prioritization of leads to focus on qualified leads.
  •       Contract review and negotiation.
  •       Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key markets.
  •       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  •       Present and promote cleanroom solutions to clients to meet their specific needs.
  •       Collaborate with the design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  •       Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  •       Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding cleanroom configurations and requirements.
  •       Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's market presence.
  •       Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to senior management.


 

Qualifications:

  •       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related technical field.
  •     Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cleanroom industry, particularly in the use or configuration of cleanrooms.
  •       Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  •       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  •       Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy.
  •       Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
  •       Willingness to travel as needed.
  •       Experience with construction industry is a plus

 

Location:

This position is based in Greenville, SC. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and must be able to travel in Canada for trainings.
