Job Summary:

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and continuously sourcing new customers. Your primary goal will be to help customers find and design their dream home, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
• Continually source new sales opportunities
• Network and perform outreach to realtors
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the team
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Attend sales meetings
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Prior CRM software experience
• Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred
• Excel in intercommunications and interactions
