Senior Relationship Manager

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Milwaukee, WI.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-paced and dynamic team, providing financial services to companies with sales from $5 million to $50 million. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and providing best-in-class products and business solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share with existing and new clients.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
- Manage effective networks of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- University/college degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
