Aretum is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of programs for our government clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

We pride ourselves on providing innovative solutions across various domains, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO.
  • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Manage long-term goals and supervise employees of various labor categories and skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements.
  • Experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size and scope to this contract.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or other field related to work under this requirement, and ten years of experience at a similar level.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience managing military community support programs.
  • Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.
  • Possess a minimum of Active DOD Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to be on site, Washington DC, once per month.
